Hey all, its now 8th Oct 2005 - I am again back in London & its raining! Spent the last 6 days in Istanbul mainly - took a short detour to Galipoli and Troy and i must say, i luv Istanbul. Its a city with so much buzz and the food is yummy and the ppl are nice. some are too nice and it feels like we are being hasseld all the time. But this time I am not travelling alone.... so, its better. There are just so much happening in Istanbul everyday and esp now, its their fasting month, every night they have major food festival and dance performance around their Mosque area.... its great!! And i must mention the grand bazaar where they sell all sorts of home made turkish delights, dates, spices, carpets, porcelin.... basically everything u can think of. Me and my frens spent at least the whole day in there. :)
Again, photos will be up soon..... this is now the end of my long trip. Will only be doing short long weekend trip from now on. (sadly).
