Grilled Stingray with sambal
Another local delicacy of Malaysia - Grilled Stingray covered in sambal. One of my favourite. Squeeze a lime onto the fish and eat while its hot....... it will really melt in your mouth. Hungry anyone??

Before you indulged, did you ask the stingray if it killed Steve Irwin?
