Day 6 Still Resting but now in Estella

Enjoyed my last bath at Hotel Europa Pamplona and pig out at buffet breakfast. Went to the pharmacy to get anti inflammatory gel and another heel raise for my shoe. Walked to the bus station in Pamplona and felt only minor irritation on my tendons. Took the bus to Estella which was only 50minutes away.

Nice clear day today. Walked to the municipal to look for some familiar faces but didnt see anyone. Came to the HI hostel which was in a formal school and saw Richard the English pensioner. There is a private room available for €13.50 so I decided to stay here.

Still not sure I could do the 20km to Los Arcos tomorrow. Shall rest well tonight and see. Met Miriam from Holland today at the hostel and she said she will give me her energy to help me heal. I don't normally believe in such things but when she put her hands around my tendons (but not touching it) I felt warmth. Maybe these things does work. I am willing to do anything for it to get better now. Met a South African couple and they have offered to give me some more painkillers! Yay!
