While back in London for 4 days, I managed to squeeze in travelling to Birmingham to catch up with Amanda and Mike. We had lunch beside the canal in Birmingham at a really posh restaurant called "Bank". Food was amazing.I was really greedy and had a whole sticky toffee pudding on my own. Ouch.
For dinner, we went to the Red Lion, the place was packed and it took 1hour for our food to come. Food was huge! I didnt have the wellington pie, but it looked amazing, so here is a photo of it. The Red Lion was full of retro posters and it was really really cosy.
Thanks again to Mike for lunch and Amanda for everything else. See you both in Melbourne in the near future.
