Pilgrims have been walking the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage for over 1000 years. Its history and significance make it a spiritual epicentre for the Christian faith after Jerusalem and Rome. I will be walking the most popular route (The Camino Frances, The French Way) all the way to Santiago then to Finisterre

Heidelberg & Stuttgart
24th August - arrived in Stuttgart, after stopping at Heidelberg from Koblenz. Stopped in Heildelberg for 3 hrs, just to see the amazing Schloss Castle, which is a grand gothic-renaissance castle. Only got to Stuttgart in the late afternoon. Had a walk around the city and saw the Palace of King Wilheim of Germany with its nice garden. Bought a slice of pizza and sat there watching the locals walk past. Tomorrow I will be going to the Mercedes Benz & Porsche Museums before making my way to Munich in the evening.
